I will be presenting my research on how the expectation of future health shocks may cause older Americans to keep their housing equity as a form of precautionary savings this fall at the APPAM annual conference in a session titled Government Programs and Housing Outcomes: How Can We Improve Housing Stability? and will be a poster session at the 2021 ASSA/AEA Annual Conference.
